Frank Turner at Lancaster Town Hall
January 21, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm UTC+0
We’re thrilled to announce a special, one off charity acoustic solo show with folk favourite Frank Turner plus support from Felix Hagan of glam-pop band Felix Hagan & The Family and folk/rock singer-songwriter Joe McCorriston at Lancaster Town Hall on 21st January 2018. This show is 16+.
Tickets are now SOLD OUT.
All proceeds will go to Lancaster Boys and Girls Club (a safe and positive space providing youth club activities for kids in Lancaster aged 8-18) and Morecambe Bay Foodbank, which distributes 4 tonnes of food each month to people suffering financial hardship in the area. Frank Turner’s sister, Joanna Young is the Chair of Trustees of both charities.
Frank Turner on the gig; “I’m excited to be heading back to Lancaster – it’s been a while! – for a show for some great causes, part-organised by my older sister, who lives in the city. See you all there.”
Joanna Young, Chair of Trustees, on the gig: “Both the Lancaster Boys and Girls Club and the Morecambe Bay Foodbank are fantastic charities who make a real difference to people here in Lancaster and Morecambe and it’s a privilege to work with both. I’m so happy that Frank has succumbed to my sisterly arm twisting and is playing a Lancaster show! I hope we can raise much needed funds on the night.”
