Publican and event organiser, Kathie Turnbull has launched a new Festival for the North East, focusing on 90s era dance music. The first edition of Shoe Shaker Fest will feature DJs Andy Whitby, Sash, QFX, Dream Frequency, Ultrasonic, Kelly Lorena and more.
August 5th will see the site, located close to the A1 and Northumberlandia, the location of The Angel of the North, transformed into a festival by a team of seasoned events professionals including Mel Jackson of Jigsaw Event Management, an experienced event manager, a competent health and safety team with over 40 years of combined experience, medical and security teams. Frisk Radio have been chosen as the event’s media partners.
