Free Steampunk Festival over the ‘MAY DAY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND in the middle of Minehead Town & in Blenheim Gardens. Live music & performances during the day on Saturday & Sunday in 5 venues, ‘The Minehead Hobbyhorse’ parade, Street Performers & Victorian Sideshows, Steam Engine rides, Games & Stories, Indoor & Outdoor Steampunk Markets. Ticketed Regal Theatre Variety show on Saturday night £10 (booking required), Sunday night Steampunk Hoe Down Dance £5 entry.
Child friendly. No dogs allowed in Blenheim Gardens, but plenty to see on the high street (Avenue) & Wellington Square. Also at the Harbour on Sunday are Morris Dancers & Sea Shanty Singers.
Kicks off on Friday night with ‘The Mighty Rough Justice’ pub gig 8.30pm.
