Peter and Bon were a loving and committed couple for over 50 years. Sadly, Bon lost his fight to cancer four months ago. They never had the opportunity to be recognised as equals in society.

What and lovely but sad love story…the hatred and ignorance of others stopping them from being a united couple in law. I really have reached a stage in life where I have no time for people who refuse the rights of others…I have a gay son, gay cousin, gay friend …hello world we are not all the same and never will be ….long live the rainbow🌈
