Festival Insights NEWS: Skiddle undertakes 48-hour Festival Challenge for Macmillan Cancer Support
UK: Event and ticketing outlet Skiddle is taking part in the ‘ultimate festival challenge’, visiting 10 music festivals in 48 hours to help raise £150,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. The stunt will take place over the August Bank Holiday Weekend and has never been attempted in the UK before.
This feat of endurance will begin at Creamfields on Friday evening, before ending at Victorious Festival in Portsmouth 48 hours later. In between, Skiddle will be travelling the length and breadth of the country driving nearly 1,000 miles over a 15 hour period.
