Slaves to top the 2000 Trees 2017 bill
2000 Trees 2017 has announced that our favourite punk duo, Slaves, are to headline this year’s event.
On their website the festival organisers said:
“Today we have 38 bands dying for your attention. We are over the moon to announce our first headliners… Slaves plus Nothing But Thieves, Jamie Lenman & 35 of the best bands you’ll see all summer.
This is just the start, but tickets are already flying – we’ve somehow managed to smash last year’s record & that was before we’ve even started releasing bands. Thanks to the thousands of awesome people who’ve got their tickets so soon. You obviously think we’re awesome – but we think you’re awesomer ?
So don’t forget to grab your tickets.
P.S. – If you don’t have the cash right now, why not grab a Buy Now Pay Later ticket, which for £20, reserves you a standard (2 day or 3 day ticket) until June 1st & you can simply pay off the balance at a later date.”
Alongside Slaves the festival has also confirmed Nothing But Thieves, Jamie Lenman, Pulled Apart By Horses, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Feed The Rhino, Muncie Girls, Black Foxxes, Area 11, Vukovi, Queen Kwong, The One Hundred, Steven Batelle, Tigercub, Wars, Petrol Girls, Greywind, Strange Bones, Making Monsters, Straight Lines, Grumble Bee, SHVPES, Bad Sign, Away Days, Bellevue Days, Weirds, Milestones, Personl Best, Doe, Cassels, Fizzy Blood, Jonah Matranga, Giants, Louise Distras, Apologies, I Have None, The St. Pierre Snake Invasion, Polary and Soeur.
