Latest update from 2000 Trees Festival
As you may know on March 31, VAT rates for live events such as ours return to 20% (from the current reduced rate of 12.5%). Booooo!
What that means for us is for every ticket sold between now and the end of this month, we’ll bank around £8 more than we will for the same ticket being sold from April 1st… and let’s face it, no one likes tax hikes.
So, if you want to help us fund the best festival this summer, rather than sending more money to Rishi and Boris (so they can fund more cheese and wine parties…), then please buy your tickets before March 31st.
